As an active teacher of American Wine Law, Branch shares his knowledge at regional wine forums, American Bar Association events, and prestigious wine universities both in the United States and Europe.
Another notable speaker, Todd Azevedo, brings his agricultural finance background to the forefront. Azevedo joined the Ciatti Company in 2005 and has since focused on brokering wine, grapes, and wine products within the California Central Coast industry. Jason Dodge, the Managing Director of Winemaking at Innerstave, has over two decades of experience in the wine industry. Starting as an Assistant Brandy Maker for E&J Gallo, Dodge has held senior winemaking positions at renowned companies such as Gallo, Diageo, Constellation, and Oak Ridge Winery. With expertise in working with more than 30 different grape varietals, Dodge brings a wealth of knowledge and a passion for winemaking to the IBWSS stage.
Rachael Lowe, a highly accomplished sommelier, will share her insights at IBWSS 2023. Having earned advanced sommelier degrees and prestigious accolades, Lowe's expertise is widely recognized in the industry. Her experience includes working at Michelin-rated establishments such as Bouchon in Yountville, CA, as well as renowned restaurants in New York City and Chicago. Currently serving as the Director of Beverage for Levy Restaurants, Lowe oversees a portfolio of 13 different restaurant locations nationally.

Jason Steffens, a Training Manager for Deutsch Family Wine and Spirits, brings a wealth of experience in sales and management positions within the alcoholic beverage industry. With his extensive background in building successful sales teams and developing crucial skill sets, Steffens has trained beverage sales teams across multiple states in the United States and Canada. He holds several industry certifications, including Wine & Spirits Education Trust Level III and Certified Specialist of Wine, Beer, and Spirits.
Another featured speaker, Jessica Kogan, stands out as a brand marketing and digital transformation executive. As the Chief Growth & Experience Officer at Vintage Wine Estates, Kogan is responsible for driving the company's digital transformation roadmap, enhancing customer satisfaction, and empowering employees. With a track record of successfully launching CPG brands and DTC businesses, she has led significant growth in the DTC division during her tenure.
