We are pleased to announce that Aaron Bergh, owner of Calwise Spirits Co., a distillery in Paso Robles, California, will be in San Francisco on July 23–24, 2024. In addition, he presently holds the position of President of the Paso Robles Distillery Trail, which is an organization that advocates for policies and markets over a dozen distilleries on the central coast of California. After starting off in homebrewing, Aaron entered the spirits sector formally eight years ago. He has made whiskey, gin, vodka, rum, brandy, and liqueurs in a range of styles. When Aaron is not at the distillery, he might be found off the grid on a dusty track, looking for ideas for his next spirit.
