IBWSS San Francisco Introduces Exclusive Pitch Sessions – Only 8 Slots Available

Exhibitors can now secure direct buyer engagement through focused pitch sessions, designed to generate actionable leads and lasting connections.
San Francisco, CA – October 1, 2025 – The International Bulk Wine & Spirits Show (IBWSS) San Francisco 2025 is proud to announce an exciting new feature: Exclusive Pitch Sessions.
For the first time, exhibitors will have the opportunity to step out of the trade show floor and into a dedicated business room designed for serious buyer-supplier conversations. In an intimate U-shaped classroom setting, each session will bring together 20 pre-qualified buyers and a select group of exhibitors for focused product pitches and sampling.
The Format
- Day 1 (Wine Focus): Bulk Wine + Private Label Wine Pitches
- Day 2 (Spirits Focus): Bulk Spirits + Private Label Spirits Pitches
Each exhibitor will have 15 minutes to present their products, tell their story, and showcase samples. Sessions will be set up in a small classroom format with buyers seated in close proximity, creating an engaging and interactive atmosphere.
At the end of each session, all buyers will complete an Interest Form that is shared directly with the presenters — ensuring exhibitors walk away with qualified, actionable leads.

Application for Pitch Sessions is now open and will close on January 31, 2026. Applications will be reviewed on a first-come basis, and IBWSS will evaluate whether your products are the best fit for the attending buyers before confirming your slot.

U-Shaped Layout
The U-shaped classroom setup has been carefully designed to maximize the impact of each exhibitor's pitch.
