The International Bulk Wine and Spirits Show (IBWSS) has announced its 2027 dates for London and San Francisco, bringing the global bulk wine, bulk spirits, private-label and contract-production industry together in two important beverage markets.

The 2027 shows will take place on:

IBWSS UK: March 25–26, 2027, Christ Church Spitalfields, London
IBWSS USA: July 27–28, 2027, South San Francisco Conference Center

The San Francisco event will also mark the 10th edition of IBWSS USA.

Together, the two shows will help suppliers, buyers and service providers develop new partnerships across the UK, Europe and North America.

The 2027 Theme: The Business of Better Sourcing

Both events will be developed around the 2027 theme, “The Business of Better Sourcing.”

The theme reflects the changing needs of the global beverage industry. Buyers are no longer looking only for products. They are looking for reliable partners who can help them manage quality, pricing, production, packaging, compliance, logistics and speed to market.
