Manveer Sandhu, the Director of Winemaking at Rack & Riddle Custom Wine Services, will be speaking at the 2024 International Bulk Wine and Spirits Show (IBWSS). We are thrilled to announce him. Manveer started his career at UC Davis, where he studied under famous viticulturist Dr. David Smart, earning a bachelor's degree in neurobiology. His interest in wine science inspired him to learn more about the nuances of winemaking, and he began working as a lab technician at Delicato Wines. He advanced to more responsible positions over the years, such as lab supervisor at Gallo in Modesto and enologist at Delicato Wines. Manveer worked as the lab manager at Lodi Winery Laboratory before coming to Rack & Riddle in 2011. It was there that he developed his wine analysis and quality control abilities.
