Building on this foundation, Megan has been instrumental in advancing the canned wine category through research-driven product development, collaborative innovation, and a strong commitment to sustainability. She co-founded the Canned Wine Consortium in partnership with Cornell University and helped lead award-winning research focused on sulfite interactions, packaging stability, and long-term product integrity—work that is helping establish best practices and quality standards for alternative wine formats in retail.
