At BARRA of Mendocino, where she worked for the past eight years, Butcher served as the tasting room and event center manager, where she oversaw all aspects of operations. Under her guidance, the tasting room experienced substantial growth in both wine sales and event rental revenue, showcasing her ability to drive business performance and enhance customer experiences.

Butcher’s expertise extends beyond operational management. She has a proven track record in strategic sales, data analysis, and cultivating strong customer relationships. She also has a substantial background in event planning from large multi-day events to intimate and upscale gatherings.
