Aaron Bergh is the owner of Calwise Spirits Co., a craft distillery in Paso Robles, California. He also currently serves as President of the Paso Robles Distillery Trail, a marketing and policy advocacy organization consisting of more than a dozen distilleries on California’s central coast. With roots in homebrewing, Aaron officially dove into the spirits industry 8 years ago. He has experience crafting a variety of styles of whiskey, gin, vodka, rum, brandy, and liqueur. When not at the distillery, you might be able to find Aaron hiking a dusty trail off the grid, searching for inspiration for his next spirit.
