Bill shares the same hometown with Robert Mondavi; Virginia, Minnesota, but the wine bug didn't bite Bill until he was in college when his roommate was hired as a Sales Representative at a local wine distributor. After “sampling” Heitz Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon and Storybook Mountain Zinfandel, among others, from his roommate’s collection, Bill became enamored with the entire winemaking process. Mr. Abrahamson has been involved in the wine industry for nearly 30 years and has been pursuing fantastic wines for several bottle shops since 1994. His current base, Top Ten Liquors, currently has 9 locations in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area.
