Sur Valles sources grapes from three key Chilean central valley regions: Colchagua, Curico, and Maule. Over 1000 hectares of vineyards are managed by the firm, which produces 25 different grape varieties.

The company provides an adequate vinification capacity service, exporting over 4500 oak barrels internationally. Sur Valles has three bottle packaging production lines with a total capacity of 12,000 bottles per hour. They are HACCP certified with a sustainability code and work on design innovation.

The extensive vineyards of Via Alto Roble are located in Piedmont in a privileged terroir, with a total surface area of 1,000 hectares and 500 hectares planted with various varietals. They control the production in 500 hectares of wine farmers' property, which they produce and purchase, in addition to their own 500 hectares of vineyards. Alto Roble believes that the grapevine is responsible for 90% of the winemaking process.
