Meet Cellier des Dauphins at International Bulk Wine & Spirits Show in San Francisco
Cellier des Dauphins is exhibiting at the International Bulk Wine and Spirits Show on July 26-27, 2022. It is a great opportunity for you to connect with them.
The Union of Côtes du Rhône Winegrowers (UVCDR), founded in 1967, represents 2,300 winemaking families in the southern Rhône Valley and ships 40 million wine bottles per year to 50 countries.
Founded by the UVCDR in 1967, Cellier des Dauphins vineyards are located in the Rhône Valley, with the southern Alps in the distance. Cellier des Dauphins sources fruit from world-renowned vineyards to make wines from 20 renowned AOCs. Côtes du Rhône, Côtes du Rhône Villages, and Crus like Vinsobres are among the brand's well-known appellations. Its delectable sun-drenched wines are widely regarded and associated with the sensual south's way of life.

In terms of producing quality wine, Cellier des Dauphins has produced a wide range of exceptional wines:
Its RESERVE wine line is the culmination of outstanding winemaking expertise at every stage of the process, from vine to glass. The sunny terroirs and unique grape varietals of the Côtes du Rhône are embodied in these luscious wines. The reds have a lot of black fruit flavor and smooth tannins, and the rosé Reserves have a lot of freshness and redcurrant aromas. White Reserves include a tinge of vanilla and white fruit scents.
For decades, the winemakers of Cellier des Dauphins have been committed to fair, sustainable agriculture, and they now have one of France's largest organic vineyard networks — over 1,000 hectares. The natural aromas of sun-drenched grapes abound in RÉSERVE BIO, a line of organic wines.
Les Dauphins wines are a collection of Côtes du Rhône wines with a character – called "bistro spirit." These wines have been carefully chosen and aged to bring out their maximum olfactory potential. They're ideal for aperitifs and cocktail receptions.
Villages wines represent the region's wide diversity of soil types and microclimates, as well as their long legacy of vinicultural competence. These wines honor the ancient villages of the southern Rhône Valley using grapes from select vineyards.
The Prestige wines are sumptuous wines with a straightforward authenticity.
These traditional wines are made from grape varietals native to southern France and farmed in vineyards surrounded by lavender fields and olive groves.

In terms of sustainability and Eco-friendly packaging, Cellier des Dauphins has converted 1,351 hectares of land to organic farming. Winemakers who use organic procedures only use products that are free of synthetic chemicals. They use natural raw materials in the vineyard and encourage natural species balance and management with the goal of energizing the soils and strengthening the natural ecosystem by safeguarding animals and plant life.
Cellier des Dauphins won the first Eco-Design competition (Millesime 2020) organized by Adelphe, a French recycling promotion agency, in February 2020.
The constant reduction in packaging amount and the hunt for bio-sourced materials are the two main areas of action initiatives. Reduced weight bottles, FSC-certified paper, vegetable-based inks on its labels, and the removal of the plastic carrying handle on its bag in-boxes are just a few examples that have led to a reduction in plastic by 153 tons.
