Christian Deakin, Product Development Manager at BevZero, led a Masterclass on crafting flavorful dealcoholized wines. He detailed key techniques and technologies for maintaining essential flavors and aromas while reducing alcohol content, addressing both the challenges and opportunities in this growing segment.

The Bottlers Panel about What Bottlers are Looking for in Bulk Buying included Cathy Ference, Sr. Manager of Bulk Wine Supply at Constellation Brands who spoke about strategic sourcing and market trends; Manveer Sandhu, Director of Winemaking at Rack & Riddle Custom Wine Services, who discussed quality control and consistency in bulk wine and Noël Schaff, B2B Sales Manager at O'Neill Vintners and Distillers, covering commercial and logistical considerations in bulk wine buying. You can also take a look at the panel discussion on the debate on bulk buying and selling, moderated by Sid Patel.
