Daniel Ronen, Founder and CEO of DC Spirits will be speaking at the 2022 IBWSS.
Daniel Ronen, Founder and CEO of DC Spirits is scheduled to speak about raising interest for bulk spirits to luxury hospitality groups and top-end bars at the 2022 International Bulk Wine and Spirits Show, San Francisco.
The International Bulk Wine and Spirits Show is the biggest gathering of Bulk Wine, Bulk Spirits, and Private Label professionals in the US. The trade show component of the IBWSS San Francisco event will give supermarkets, retailers, restaurants, wineries, distilleries, and other buyers a premier international platform to source bulk wine and spirits and meet private label suppliers. For two days, you’ll have a chance to spend time on the trade show floor, meeting one-on-one with both buyers and sellers in the very center of California wine country.

One of the speakers at the coveted IBWSS conference is Daniel Ronen, Founder and CEO of DC Spirits.
Over 20 years ago, Danny Ronen founded DC Spirits, a food, wine, & spirits educational organization with a focus on small producers and sustainability. Ronen has worked around the world on food, beverage, and flavor creation, restaurant and hospitality concept consulting, innovation and development, and has opened everything from neighborhood bars to multiple internationally renowned luxury properties to critical acclaim. During his six years as Director of Education for Liquid Kitchen, Ronen ran the training program for 44 Fairmont Properties across N America, creating and executing spirits, cocktails, and service training for thousands of colleagues. Combined with his experience in development and strategy in the National Account space, Ronen has been able to successfully introduce esoteric products and new concepts and flavors to a broader audience. He is privileged to connect with a wide range of people on a daily basis (both consumer and supplier) while working with his amazing team at Shaker & Spoon, the national cocktail subscription service. Ronen consults with spirits brands, creates event activations, and speaks to audiences on topics ranging from spirit denomination of origin, product ideation, hospitality, and speed of service to operational efficiency and better practices for the environment – over the years, his writing/recipes have appeared Vanity Fair, NYT, SF Chronicle, and Tasting Panel Magazine.
Daniel will be on a panel with Nader Chabaane (Former Beverage Director for Fairmont Queen Elizabeth) and John Monette (Co-founder of Small Hand Foods and Small Hand Cocktails) will be speaking about “How to raise interest for bulk spirits to luxury hospitality groups and top end bars?”.
