For the complete vine to bottle experience, they offer bottled premium Watkins’ wine and can apply your brand’s label making it ready to ship and sell. You own and control the label, including intellectual property, distribution and pricing. Customers can also provide a ready-made label or can work with one of Watkins’ labeling design partners to create a label that speaks to you. With 15 years of experience in contract processing and winemaking services, Watkins also offers contract processing and winemaking work at the Chandlers Hill winery site to a limited number of clients.

The Chandlers Hill winery, located on a 7.5 hectare site with main road frontage, operates a 40 tonne/hour Miller crusher/destemmer, two Bucher bag presses, a range of fermenter sizes from 10 tons to 65 tons, 4.5 million liters of stainless-steel tank storage and on-site laboratory facilities. This makes it the largest winery in the Adelaide Hills wine region with a site production capacity of 5,000 tons or 3.7 million liters of wine.
