Dave Carpenter is an experienced distiller with 15 years in the food & beverage industries in both production and marketing capacities. He is skilled in Product Development, Sensory Evaluation, Quality Control, Brand Loyalty Development, and Inventory Management. He is a strong beverage industry professional with an Associate of Science (A.S.) in Culinary Arts from Sullivan University.

He has also earned General Certificate in Distilling from the Institute of Brewing and Distilling.
