Santiago Cilley is the Founder of Custom Wine Solutions and Wine & Spirits Purveyors, where he works with wineries, importers, distributors, and beverage brands to develop market strategies, build distribution, and accelerate commercial growth. With more than two decades of experience across the global wine industry, he brings a unique perspective that combines winery operations, brand building, importing, and route-to-market execution.

Prior to his current ventures, Santiago served as CEO of Phantom Creek Estates in Canada's Okanagan Valley, President of Alejandro Bulgheroni Family Vineyards USA, and held senior leadership roles with Viña Vía Wines in Chile. He began his career at Jackson Family Wines, working closely with founder Jess Jackson on strategic initiatives spanning viticulture, winemaking, sales, and international business. An MBA graduate of the UC Berkeley Haas School of Business, Santiago has built a career connecting premium wine producers with global markets, making him a valuable voice on distribution strategy, supplier relationships, and today's evolving beverage marketplace.
