Alison Crowe is Vice President of Winemaking at Plata Wine Partners, where she leads the development of national luxury and retail brands, boutique labels, start-ups, and control brands. Her work focuses on maintaining wine style, quality, and pricing while helping brands strengthen their market presence, achieve critical recognition, and improve commercial performance.

She oversees the production of more than 500,000 cases annually across eight satellite wineries, ranging from large-scale commercial programs to small artisanal lots sourced from leading California AVAs including Napa Valley, Rutherford, Oakville, Carneros, Alexander Valley, Russian River Valley, Sonoma Coast, Sonoma Carneros, and Petaluma Gap. Her responsibilities include winery operations, multimillion-dollar budget management, quality control, inventory, internal teams, and external winemaking staff.

Crowe also leads new product development across grape sourcing, wine style, packaging, labeling, forecasting, COGS, and SKU and KPI performance. Her portfolio includes Buttercream Chardonnay, Verada Pinot Noir, Kirkland Signature Napa Valley Cabernet, Carneros Pinot Noir, and Alexander Valley Cabernet. Past projects include Layer Cake Wine, Cherry Pie Wine, Garnet Vineyards, and Picket Fence Vineyards.
