Zidela Wines was established in 2001, by Danie Kritzinger, who is still today the managing director of the company. He has over 40 years of experience in wine making and blending and was chief wine buyer of the biggest wine company in South Africa for many years. The company is a well-established family owned business, fully owned by the Kritzinger family. The company operates from Stellenbosch in the Western Cape as a wine négociant and exporter of both bottled and bulk wine. Since 2001 the company has grown steadily and can produce more than two million bottles per month and sourcing bulk wine from all the wine regions in South Africa. It is the company philosophy to build strong relationships with trustworthy partners in different parts of the world and has led to our success in many countries. A major part of the success can be ascribed to the decision to focus on private label brands from 2003.
