A true independently owned and operated craft distillery located in San Francisco, CA. The spirits are produced in hybrid stills hand fabricated by Master Distiller, Carter Raff. Well known for their award-winning Bummer & Lazarus Gin (98 POINTS – Bonforts W&S) and Emperor Norton Absinthe (100 POINTS – Bonforts W&S), and Barbary Coast Agricole style Rum (GOLD Medal Winner – Bonforts W&S), the distillery has established themselves as a premier California craft distillery. Located in the historic Butchertown district of San Francisco, the distillery was built entirely by its three independent owners and includes a tasting room open the public. The spirits are a grand representation of historic San Francisco with its themed labels of the Victorian age of the city. Currently the distillery is producing an array of unique spirits including absinthe, gin, rum, applejack, whiskey, brandy, vodka, as well as their new line of RTD cocktails in a can under the brand name of Raff Crafted. The distillery is now offering private label spirits and RTD cocktails, bottling, and canning services all produced at its location in San Francisco.
