Raúl and Jorge Ripa launched their first organic wine on the market in 1998, being one of the pioneering wineries in Spain and Europe of this type of wine. Today, more than twenty years later, Quaderna Via has become a benchmark for organic wine, with recognized prestige in the sector. We have equipped our winery with the most modern technology in order to give wine all the respect that wine deserves. We take care of our grapes in the vineyard and we respect them by making them with care. Organic wine does without chemical aids, so Raúl and Yolanda play with temperature and time, allowing the wine to develop naturally.
