Licorera Cihuatán is a vertically integrated Salvadoran rum producer and home to El Salvador’s only rum distillery. We produce rum from 100% Salvadoran sugarcane molasses, managing fermentation, distillation, tropical aging, blending and bottling in-house.

We specialize in selected aged rum lots with limited availability, distinctive profiles and a true sense of Salvadoran origin. Our offering includes ex-bourbon aged rum, small innovation lots and selected rums featuring our distinctive Mayan Ceiba Finish.

For unaged rum, we offer broader availability while maintaining a clean, high-quality Salvadoran profile shaped by our molasses, fermentation and distillation approach. For more advanced projects, we also provide in-house bottling, private label support, and specialized formulation and blending services through our Maestra Ronera.
