The family winery Domäne Baumgartner in Untermarkersdorf in the Weinviertel (anno 1725) is the largest winery in Austria with 200ha of vineyards. The strength of the winery lies in producing high quality on a large scale (2022: "Best Producer Austria" MUNDUS VINI Summer Tasting, "Austrian Winery of the Year" New York International Wine Competition & Berlin International Wine Competition). The winery is also certified "Sustainable Austria" and a part of the 200 hectares is also cultivated according to organic guidelines.
