CoCo Noir Labs is an Oakland-based AI consultancy with deep roots in the wine and hospitality industry. Founded in 2025, we help wineries, tasting rooms, wine shops, distributors, and importers put AI to work in ways that show up where it counts — foot traffic, revenue, and hours saved. Our services span AI strategy and integration through custom-built SaaS tools, agents, apps, and websites.

Our first product, Uncorked AI, is an AI-powered SaaS platform for tasting rooms and wineries with a tasting room. It grows direct-to-consumer foot traffic and revenue through smarter event planning and curated guest experiences — and is being extended with a trade layer that turns tasting-room demand signal into sell-in insights wineries can bring to distributors and buyers.
