In 1998 Séverine et Philippe Bourrier bought the estate composed of 30 hectares in one plot, 26 hectares of vineyards .The estate is located in Montescot, on the outskirts of Perpignan in the South of France. The vineyard was immediately converted into Organic Farming. This very avant-gardist approach only seduced 3 estates in Roussillon at that time. In 2009, the estate evolved through the acquisition of some hectares of vineyard in Saint-Paul-de-Fenouillet and in Caudiès-de-Fenouillèdes in the Agly valley.In 2017 and 2018, 27 ha from Maury and 5 ha from St Paul de Fenouillet are added to complete the domaine.
