We age our rum in white American oak, previously used in bourbon aging.

For special projects also have special barrels: used rare casks and new casks with specific toasting, according to MASTER BLENDER'S directions.

Our distinct collection of used barrels allows us to achieve different profiles and finishes: ex-cognac, ex-brandy, among others.

The new custom-made barrels are conceived according to your different needs, using a unique toasting process to enhance the wanted notes. This is what we call a recipe, manufactured in a standardized process of production and toasting allows us to have consistency in time.
