Vinival was one of the first wineries in Spain that started to export and nowadays we export our wines to Europe, Asia, Africa and America. We hold an excellent reputation in the trade for delivering what we promise to our customers. Our current portfolio includes over 120 customers covering 25 countries. We are growing every year and our production is about 60 million litres a year (almost everything is own making). Our regions of productions are Jumilla, Valencia, La Mancha and Manchuela region. We export about the 95% of our production: 55% of white wine , 35% of red and 10% of rosé. We are proud of our heritage and have been producing wines at Valencia since the year 1969. The Winery is based in common sense and experience and designed to assure the quality of its wines. We make wines adapted to the customer`s needs, fully customizer and that is one of our strengths. The new winery was built in 2008 in the urban area of Chiva adjoining to Godelleta. Area of wines of high quality from the D.O. Valencia. Very near the D.O. Utiel-Requena. We have a very good and fast communication to the ports of Valencia and Sagunto. The winery is places over 54.000 m2 ground of which 7.000 m2 are previewed for the construction. The winery allows us to treat our wines better than in most of the bottling wineries. We work at the highest productivity, in a safe working atmosphere, looking for the prevention of work-related accidents and the minimum maintenance of the facilities. Ecologic and efficient winery, respecting the environment: minimizing the energy and water consumption, reusing the waste water to irrigate, with zero gas emissions to the atmosphere, selective separation of the residues, integration in the natural environment... Everything beginning with the design. In our facilities, we pay close attention to every detail in the process of winemaking and continuously adapt them to the needs of the market with the goal of satisfying the palates of both old and new wine consumers. We work with the most contemporary techniques of production: Della Toffola equipment for the cold stabilisation, isothermal tanks, generator to produce nitrogen at 99% with technology PSA by Carbotech (Pasch), filtration with two ecologic Della Toffola filter and cross-flow filtration Permeare, Two Westfalia GSE-75-06-177 centrifuges of the latest generation The total capacity of the winery is 20,6 million litres of which 2,4 million are stored in isothermal tanks. There are 153 tanks of stainless steel, 56 are isothermal. There are tanks with different capacities (154, 300, 600, 1.200, 2.500 and 5.000 Hls) to avoid hollow spaces. Winery with three levels to make the loading by gravity possible. As the tank area is 2,5 m above the working area, the wine flows into the facilities, it is filtered and pumped by gravity. We adopt a collaborative approach with our customers working with you on pricing aspirations; We will give our customers the option to forward contract on exchange rates, over different periods.
