Ryan J. Pandl is the Sr. Merchant – Beer, Wine, and Spirits at BJ’s Wholesale Club, where he works across the adult beverage category for one of the leading membership warehouse club retailers in the United States. His role includes beer, wine, and spirits buying, supplier evaluation, category strategy, and identifying beverage products that can deliver strong value and consumer appeal for club retail shoppers.

Ryan will be speaking at the 2026 International Bulk Wine & Spirits Show in San Francisco on the National Retail Chains Panel, focused on private label and exclusive brands. He will share insights on how major retailers evaluate suppliers, build private label programs, and identify new opportunities in wine and spirits.
