A native of France, with over twenty years of domestic and international experience in the wine and hospitality industries from internationally recognized hotels and restaurants. In addition to experience as a sommelier/wine buyer for restaurants and hotels, leadership has been a role I enjoy focusing on the front of the house management and training of service standards. My passion is to assist guests to discover new things and I learn from the people I come into contact with every day, whether they are newcomers or longtime fans of wine. It helps me become a better teacher. Customer service is of the utmost importance to me, and I strive to visit each and every table in the restaurant to ensure everyone is happy and enjoying themselves.
